Location: Athens Greece
Position: Customer Service Representative (Croatian & English)
Join one of the leading car rental and booking platforms assisting travelers with reservations inquiries and support in a fastpaced international environment!
Requirements:
Native Croatian speaker & B1 level English (training provided in English)
EU ID Card or Full Market Access Residence Card (mandatory)
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Interest in the car rental travel and hospitality sectors

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with hotel bookings car rental reservations and travel inquiries
Provide multichannel support (phone email chat)
Ensure a smooth customer experience by offering personalized solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Contract & Work Conditions:
Permanent contract
40 hours per week (8h/day 5 days a week)
For candidates relocating from abroad:
3 weeks of hotel accommodation
Up to 300 relocation support (1st payment)
