Job Description

Team

The Customer Payments Team ensures that customers can seamlessly fund their investments and withdraw their money with confidence. By managing the flow of payments on the Raisin platform the team makes sure transactions are processed smoothly securely and transparently.

Customer Payments is responsible for routing all payments through the transaction account while maintaining a transparent efficient and timely process for customers. Given its central function the team collaborates closely with various departments across Raisin providing essential funding capabilities through internal interfaces that support a wide range of business needs.

Your Responsibilities

This Junior Product Manager role is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in a team owning a critical platform service within Raisins core business. Partnering with an experienced Engineering Lead and supported by your senior you will define and deliver the product and infrastructure that power these efforts.

  • Lead with impact Guide a crossfunctional team through complexity and ambiguity driving alignment and enabling meaningful datainformed decisions.
  • Full product ownership Become the goto expert for your product managing it endtoend: from ideation to delivery performance tracking and assessing its business impact at a companywide level.
  • Deep product understanding Gain a comprehensive view of your products strengths pain points and opportunities for improvement working to refine and optimize it with an iterative approach.
  • Strategic refinement With support from Senior Product Manager define clear success criteria articulate product value and proactively identify risks dependencies and key assumptions.
  • Roadmap development Work closely with your Product and Engineering Tribe Leads to define a valuable and feasible roadmap for your team ensuring buyin and inspiring collaboration.
  • Foster a strong team culture Create an environment where feedback is actively given and received celebrating successes publicly while using setbacks as learning opportunities. For you failure is not individualits a shared experience from which the team grows.

Your Profile

Must Haves:

  • You hold a Bachelors degree (or have equivalent experience) and have at least two years of experience working on technology products in productadjacent areas such as development operations analytics or design.
  • Fast learner You quickly absorb complexity and distill it into simplicity identifying solutions to challenging problems and determining the best course of action.
  • Strong business acumen You enjoy analyzing how a business operates identifying areas for improvement and developing product or technical solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Operational expertise You excel in facilitating processes within crossfunctional teams and thrive in an operationally complex environment with mentorship support.
  • Analytical mindset You dive deep into data think from first principles and make wellinformed decisions based on insights.
  • Clear and effective communicator You have a high attention to detail and excel in both written and spoken communication ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Resultsdriven You are proactive and adaptable willing to do what it takes to execute complex projects successfully.
