We are looking for an IT Software and Infrastructure Support Intern to join a dynamic team to assist in managing daily IT systems operations and providing technical support to internal users and clients. The ideal candidate will help resolve customer problems complaints and requests.
The ideal candidate is keen to learn and can navigate the politics of complex multisupplier environments and is prepared to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.
Provide firstlevel technical support to users (diagnosis issue resolution).
Install configure and maintain software and IT systems.
Monitor server performance and network infrastructures.
Document technical issue resolution procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems.
Collaborate with development and system administration teams.
Coming up with new ideas and solutions to improve existing processes.
Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology and/or relevant certifications
Minimum 06 months working experience
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with customers and other stakeholders through different channels using spoken and written English are appreciated.
Attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems.
Knowledge of task and ticket management tools is a plus.
Practical formative experience in a fastgrowing company.
