Visa Acceptance Solutions is expanding its commercial team in Brazil growing footprint in the country and providing acquirers merchants and payment providers with the solutions needed to accelerate their business through stateoftheart payment technology.
This sales position focuses on the identification and generation of new business opportunities across Brazil selling complete portfolio of Visa Acceptance Solutions.
This is a specialist sales role that requires a high degree of commercial acumen business maturity and selfmotivation. A proven track record in sales with qualified success in accretive revenue strategies including pipeline conversion and enhanced time to revenue. Fluent English is a must. Spanish is desirable.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 810 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 6 years of work experience with a PhD
Experienced candidate with strong track record in driving net new client acquisitions.
Graduate MBA preferred. 10 years of professional experience
Demonstrable experience of attaining/achieving target let quotas for bookings (AANR) and revenue attainment
Experience of deploying a sales methodology to accelerate deal closure through a value based selling approach
Demonstratable ability to partner with peers & seniors in other functional areas (e.g. marketing analytics risk innovation) and across global regional teams to execute projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of Visas resources
Demonstratable ability to consult and work closely with a clients Clevel executives to present Visa strategic vision and negotiate effectively on behalf of the company
Ability to work independently within a complex and competitive environment to drive rigorous factbased recommendations to stakeholders and to juggle multiple initiatives at once
Ability to work within a highly matrixed environment to drive sales opportunities forward through a solution focused client first mindset
Strong sales financial acumen related to deal structures and value to execution to the partner ecosystem
Experience of managing multiple internal stake holders to deliver commercial goals
Ability to drive a collaborative culture with key cross functional stakeholders
High level of problemsolving skills
Project management skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to travel regionally if required
