Job Description
- Follow up new Boundary Scan testing machine design/setup/release based on project schedule.
- Familiar with Gopel Cube CANoeoscilloscope spectrum analyzer RF signal generator.
Gopel Cube CAN
- Change management of test proceduresECR implementation New Project SW Running Changes HW Running Changes.
- Test equipment managementtroubleshoot continuous improvement TPM
Prepare work instruction maintenance plan FMEA PQP.
FMEA
- Responsible for test FPY improvement; Utilization improvement; test program optimization
; - Regular meeting with R&D; global plant to review defined topics and tasks status
- Responsible for test program develop familiar at least one coding language LabVIEW C# etc.
LabVIEW C# etc. - Test machine specification define preacceptance and OPL follow up.
OPL
- Test machine final acceptance (include new test machine test machine modification software upgrade machine relocation)
- Responsible for supporting failure analysis for the products.
- Training and coach technicians; Assignments of special tasks.
Qualifications :
University major in mechanical or electrical.
Not less than 2 years experience in electronic or mechanical industries.
Analog/Digital Electronics
Oscilloscope spectrum analyzer RF signal generator
Python VB etc.
