Responsible for following up customer feedback/release
- Responsible for handling of customer complaints (0Km Field)
- Visit to customer on Qrelated issues
- Quality Statistics Reporting
- Coordinate on customer audit preparation & follow up corrective action
- Other tasks as defined by Quality Section Manager
Qualifications :
- Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering
- 5 year in quality assurance
- Sound knowledge of quality methods Basic production methods office software and cooperative spirit.
- Good oral English
