Job Description
1.New molding tooling design confirmation machining confirmation dimension adjustment confirmation acceptance and release with supplier and follow project schedule.
2.Molding tooling optimization to reduce product failure rate and quality improvement in serial production.
3.Work together with quality team to analyze quality problem and define molding tooling repair and improvement plan.
4.Modling tooling whole lifetime managenment to reduce problem happen and improve prodctivity.
5.Responsible usage controlling of spare parts and consumables.
6.Training and coaching service technician (Equipment) to improve their skill.
Service
7.Oncall to support molding tooling issue.
Qualifications :
University major in mechanical
Not less than 3 years experience in molding tooling industries.
