Job Description
- Striving for customer satisfaction:
- Customer communication for all quality related topics improvement of customer satisfaction for assigned customers
- Handling and tracking of customer claims in SAP QPIT and related systems
- Job specific:
- Focus on SiC claims for ME customers via distributors
- Close cooperation with Chinese and German quality team analysis lab and Chinese sales team
Qualifications :
- university degree in technical subjects or other university degree 5years work experience in technical field
- several years of experience in quality management or manufacturing or development or project management
- experience in quality field claim management and customer communication
- Fluent in English
