Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills
- 58 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 5 years on HRSD implementations
- Strong expertise in HRSD modules including Case Management Lifecycle Events Employee Service Center Knowledge Management HR Integrations.
- Handson experience with HR tools like Workday SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) Integration Hub MID Server and Scripted Web Services.
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript Glide APIs and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of HRSD security models rolebased access (RBAC) and data privacy laws.
- Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics & Reporting for HRSD.
Soft Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot HRSD and integration issues.
- Experience working in Agile or ITILbased environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with HR and IT stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (CISHR)
- Lead and contribute to multiple endtoend ServiceNow HRSD implementations including designing and developing Case Management Employee Service Center (ESC) Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop and configure HR service catalog items HR workflows and HR case flows based on business requirements.
- Create and manage HR services HR templates HR document management and HR notifications.
- Customize and enhance HRSD functionalities while ensuring adherence to best practices
