We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Lead to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for leading the implementation solutioning and support of ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM HRIS (specifically Employee Central) TPRM and GRC. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across these modules demonstrable experience leading RFP responses and a proven track record of delivering successful ServiceNow projects. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development implementation and support of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM HRIS (Employee Central) TPRM and GRC modules.
- Provide expertlevel guidance and support on ServiceNow best practices and functionality.
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements translate them into technical specifications and develop effective solutions.
- Manage the entire ServiceNow lifecycle from initial scoping and planning to deployment and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including design specifications user manuals and training materials.
- Proactively identify and resolve system issues ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Lead the response to RFPs including solution design pricing and presentations.
- Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow releases features and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of ServiceNow roadmap and strategy.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary security measures.
- Provide training and support to endusers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Deep expertise in ITSM HRIS (specifically Employee Central) TPRM and GRC modules.
- Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript AngularJS and Jelly.
- Experience with web services integration (REST SOAP).
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience responding to and developing winning RFP responses.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. System Administrator Implementation Specialist Application Developer) are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
