Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Lead
Location: Columbus OH(Possibly Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Interview: Webex
The Salesforce Tech Lead will oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.
Mandatory skills
- 5 Years as a lead and a total of 10 years of Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud Gov Cloud Public Sector Foundation etc.)
- Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Omni Studio.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica) and APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado etc.) and version control systems.
- Understanding of Salesforces data model and how and when to create custom objects junction objects and other model items.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Architect Salesforce Developer).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Define system landscape to identify gaps between current and desired end states and deliver a solution.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and team members.
- Ensure best practices in coding architecture and development processes are followed.
- Perform code reviews and ensure highquality deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Document technical processes and system configurations.
