My client a leading FMCG company is looking to hire a Talent Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition development and retention strategies to support the company s growth. This role involves working closely with leaders to address staffing needs recruit top talent and foster a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent manage recruitment and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Talent Development: Implement training mentorship and performance management programs to support employee growth.
- Employee Retention: Create initiatives to boost engagement monitor satisfaction and manage recognition programs.
- Workforce Planning & Succession: Align workforce plans with business goals and develop highpotential employees for leadership roles.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote DEI initiatives and ensure inclusive practices.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide datadriven recommendations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in HR Business or related field (Master s preferred).
- Experience: 8 years in talent management preferably in manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong recruitment knowledge excellent communication and HR software proficiency.
- Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
