Project Executive
Purpose
The Project Executive is responsible for supporting revenue growth while maintaining strong B2B client relationships. This role plays a key part in project execution by assisting with operational oversight ensuring projects stay on track and contributing to profitability. The JAE will have revenue and margin goals and will also be assigned quarterly strategic priorities that support personal departmental and companywide growth.
Once a project is active (i.e. sold) the JAE helps ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Acting as a liaison between the clients operational team and internal teams including Purchasing Field Operations and Installers the JAE facilitates communication and helps manage resources such as materials labor and safety documentation to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Support Client Relationships. Assist in building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients and internal teams by being reliable communicative and solutionsoriented.
Stay Vigilant. If something is unclear or doesnt seem right ask questions and seek guidance to ensure the best outcomes.
Meet Performance Goals. Work towards achieving weekly monthly quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.
Take Initiative. Contribute ideas collaborate with your team and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and project success.
Ensure OnTime Project Delivery. Help coordinate project timelines and resource allocation to maintain our reputation as a dependable partner in construction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 24 years of sales experience; construction industry experience preferred.
Customer Service: Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
DetailOriented: Must have excellent attention to detail to ensure project accuracy and success.
Eagerness to Learn: A willingness to grow within the role and develop industry knowledge.
