Hatch Asia is exclusively partnering with a global organization within the building materials industry to help identify a dynamic Project Executive to oversee roofing projects from initiation to completion.
The Challenges
- Project Management: Oversee roofing installation projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with scope specification budget and schedule while managing resources and risks.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Interface effectively with clients contractors consultants suppliers and internal departments to achieve project goals.
- Technical and Quality Oversight: Review specifications recommend installation methods and ensure product quality meets or exceeds set standards.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a Safety First approach aiming for zero accidents incidents and illnesses throughout project execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs including productivity rejection rate downtime and cost targets while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What It Takes
- Education and Experience: Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering/Construction Management with 23 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction environments ability to read technical drawings and proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to manage subcontractors/workers uphold brand integrity and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Safety and Quality Focus: Thorough knowledge of construction safety protocols and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Analytical thinking stress management and the ability to drive improvements in cost quality and productivity.
