Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support HR operations recruitment and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR and gain handson experience in HR administration and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Support HR compliance policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Handle HRrelated queries and provide administrative support.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with HR software (Zoho Recruit BambooHR etc.) is a plus.
