Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Santa Fe NM
Salary: $75000 $90000/Annually

Role Overview:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing highend projects working closely with an experienced and talented team of designers estimators and longtenured project managers. Autonomy is encouraged with the expectation that the Project Manager will oversee their own projects while contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage 23 construction projects simultaneously ranging from $1MM $10MM in value.
Collaborate with designers architects and other professionals to ensure projects align with blueprints and plans.
Provide daily updates through Buildertrend answer questions and conduct weekly site meetings.
Hold monthly budget meetings and approve subcontractor invoices.
Ensure the quality of work meets the high standards of the company.
Subcontract all work and oversee project execution.
Requirements:
Minimum of 35 years of Project Management experience in custom home building.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and plans.
Strong communication skills across all areas of construction.
Passion for building highquality homes and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Previous experience managing projects with a minimum value of one million dollars.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team and foster a collaborative environment.
Demonstrated problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Experience with construction management software such as Buildertrend Procore or similar tools.
