Position Title: Business Development Executive
Timings: 8:00pm 5:00am (Remote)

Position Purpose:
We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Executive who possesses excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate must have the confidence and discipline to coldcall potential customers. Additionally they should possess consultative selling skills to engage potential customers according to their needs and demonstrate how our services can provide a solution for them. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through phone calls social media and emails.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Business Marketing or similar field
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- 6 months to 3 Years proven work experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online portals like Upwork Fiverr Freelancer etc.
- Find the right jobs and write proposals for them.
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate estimates.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities understand clients requirements and acquisition.
- Project price estimation quote proposal creation client communication follow up with existing or new prospects.
- Experience with Lead generation through Linkedin and other marketing tools would be an added value.
- Collect and analyze the project s business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
- Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules.
- Communicate with clients through voice/Video calls.
- Manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads.
- Document information according to standard operating procedures.

- MultiTasking and the capability to work with teams are essential.
- Superior writing editing and proofreading skills.
- Follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion.
