Act as the Executive s highperformance accountability partner ensuring the Principal stay on track with health personal development and execution excellence.

Maintain a disciplined fitness routine together ensuring the Principal stays committed to his health and peak performance.

Travel together for business networking and leisure ensuring optimal scheduling preparation and strategic engagement.

Attend highlevel business and social events representing and supporting the Principal in strategic networking and relationship management.

Provide ongoing mindset and productivity support as a trusted sounding board for business and personal decisions.

Strategic Business Execution Support

Assist in executing highpriority business initiatives ensuring momentum and completion.

Conduct deepdive research data analysis and intelligence gathering to support decisionmaking.

Develop and refine highimpact reports strategy presentations and business proposals.

Leverage AI tools for productivity automation and research to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Ensure execution of personal and business goals tracking key milestones and driving results.

Executive Operations & Relationship Management

Optimize the Principal s schedule ensuring alignment with top priorities.

Manage key business and personal relationships enhancing networking and stakeholder engagement.

Oversee execution of personal projects investments and highstakes initiatives.

Serve as an extension of the Principal ensuring clear communication preparation and flawless execution.

Act as a confidant and strategic advisor helping the Principal maintain balance focus and execution excellence.

Requirements

610 years of experience in business consulting executive support operations or a highperformance field.
