Maintain personal presentation and hygiene as per the grooming standards issued by Accor.
Ensure Guest details remain confidential.
Reports any hazards risks accidents as required
Abides by and is aware of all relevant Occupational Health & Safety legislation
Answer all incoming calls within three rings using the Accor greeting standards.
Constantly reviewing the performance and operations of yourself and the department through monitoring IQA results and RPS results.
Always remain professional in attitude manner and presentation providing Guests with a 5 star Heartist approach including using their name where possible and acknowledging Guests with eye contact as they approach the desk.

Assist Guests with general enquiries providing accurate and detailed information
Qualifications :
Previous customer related experience an asset
Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills; Spoken English and Japanese is mandatory and additional languages (Chinese) an asset.
This is a 24/7 operation and all personnel are expected to adjust work hours to the needs of the business. Some position will include late nights weekend and holiday work.
Position requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift. Strong knowledge of computer systems required OPERA (or similar) and additional languages are an asset
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 kg
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
