Developer Experience Unit in the Operations & Infrastructure group at VISA is on the mission to provide easy intuitive and reliable experience to VISA developers to consume O&I products and services. As Technical Product Management you will build and execute on Product Strategy for O&Is Technical products. You will work closely with Engineering and Operations teams on delivery of these internal products. You will establish a customer centric approach to developing highly reliable scalable usable and secure products.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience
Bachelors Degree Computer Science or Engineering preferred
3 years experience in product management/development
Proven track record of planning and delivering largescale Middleware and Database products.
Deep understanding of platform product management including how to create platform strategies and manage their implementation.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL Python R) to Identify and recommend process improvements based on data analysis.
Strong interpersonal leadership communication and written skills to influence and instill confidence with stakeholders at all levels and in all functions/geographies
Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs
Strong teamwork and relationshipbuilding skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in working on UX aspects ranging from UX Research UX flows to Usability tests
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of wide base of Infrastructure Platform and software technologies.
Product Management: Demonstrable experience managing products lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. This involves understanding customer needs market trends and competitive landscape.
Leadership: The ability to motivate direct and influence engineering operations and technology management teams to become Product led organization
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrable experience developing and executing strategic plans for the product balancing shortterm and longterm objectives via multiyear roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management: Stellar experience in negotiating optimal solutions to requirements prioritization across teams constraint management and conflict resolution.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong listening abilities.
Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills to make informed decisions about the product.
ProblemSolving: Great problemsolving skills to address any issues that arise in the product development process.
Business Acumen: Keen sense of understanding business implications of the decisions and be able to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Customer Focus: Super customer focus using customer feedback to inform product development.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 84600.00 to 119650.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
