As a result of our outstanding customer service quality and proven model of success we are growing. We are in need of a Project Manager with 5 years of Project Management experience and 5 years of superintendent experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan schedule and oversee all aspects of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with trades suppliers and subcontractors timely and consistently for smooth execution.
  • Purchase and order material for job sites that are not under the scope of the design team.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders and team members.
  • Implement quality control measures and procedures.
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation of all project activities including daily job logs and notetaking during all projectrelated meetings.
  • Conduct postproject reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in estimating the rough material portion of homes including calculating costs for materials labor and other related expenses. As well as review and approve each bid during preconstruction.
  • Collaborate with the Estimator and Client Coordinator to manage change orders ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
  • Stay organized and plan ahead using tools like digital calendars and todo lists.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of construction management processes means and methods
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of superintendent experience.
  • 5 years of Project Management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems

  • Proficient in Buildertrend and Bluebeam
