Start Date:1st of February
Are you fluent in Norwegian Swedish or German and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Join our dynamic team as a Customer Advisor in Qormi Malta where youll assist customers via email and chatno phone calls involved!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to customers through email and chat channels.
Address inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Competitive salary package ranging from 1660 to 1910 euro per month depending on language proficiency and experience.

Requirements:
Fluent in one of the specified languages (spoken and written).
Very good command of English (C1 level).
Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
