GermanSpeaking Customer Advisors (Email and Chat) hybrid in Malta.
Location: Qormi Malta
Start Date: ASAP
Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for providing exceptional customer service Join our dynamic team as a Customer Advisor in Qormi Malta where youll assist customers via email and chatno calls involved!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to customers through email and chat channels.
Address inquiries resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
