Job Description

Job Title: Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Representative

Location: Malta
Job Type: Hybrid (WorkfromHome & Office)
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday 7:00 AM 12:00 AM (ShiftBased)
Salary: Attractive Salary Package

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and/or Flemish and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutchspeaking customers. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work (combination of working from home and office) and comes with an attractive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highquality customer support in Dutch/Flemish via phone email and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries product information and troubleshooting in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the cause and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain an uptodate knowledge of our products and services to offer informed and effective assistance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Document and track customer interactions using the companys CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless and efficient support process.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong computer skills including experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • A proactive and customerfocused attitude.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Malta.
