What Youll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Germanspeaking customers offering toptier support via phone email and live chat.
- Address customer queries provide troubleshooting assistance and offer guidance on products and services.
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Work closely with a dynamic team to maintain high standards of service.
- Stay updated on our product offerings and services to ensure you provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Record customer interactions report feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in German (native or nearnative) with excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) for clear communication within our international team.
- A customerfirst attitude with a passion for problemsolving and helping others.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but we welcome those with a strong willingness to learn.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- A friendly professional and empathetic approach with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 02:00 AM (shift hours may vary).
