Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Online Casino Gaming Companywho is seeking to onboard a Customer Support Representative with Germanfor their Malta office.
Position:Customer Support Representative
Location: Qormi Malta (office)
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional service to customers ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for timely issue resolution and followup on pending matters.
- Manage and respond to incoming requests via email phone and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries in line with company guidelines maintaining a customercentric approach.
- Report recurring customer issues and feedback to management and relevant teams for improvement.
- Act on requests and instructions from management promptly.
- Promote company values and products to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain professional relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with thirdparty service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German (C1) both verbal and written. Good command in English
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Conscientious and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Empathic with genuine desire to help
- Ideally interested in marketplaces shared economy and new technologies
- Previous experience in content moderation customer care and/or online business will be considered as an advantage.
