About Your Company

Our client is an established and innovative food and beverage company based in Hong Kong specializing in food trading. With a commitment to quality and excellence the company is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to its customers. They are now looking for a talented Accounting professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Responsibilities

Handle daytoday accounting operations including data entry processing payments and validating the accuracy of supporting documents

Independently manage full sets of accounts and oversee monthend closing activities.

Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes efficiently.

Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports including financial statements annual budgets forecasts and account analyses for management review.

Monitor sales activities closely and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.

Assist in yearend audits and perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance & Accounting or a related field.

Minimum 68 years of relevant working experience preferably within the food or trading industry.

Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA CPA) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Selfmotivated mature and capable of working in a one man band environment.

Excellent communication skills and a positive teamoriented attitude.

Familiarity with accounting software MYOB.

Immediately Available will be a PLUS.
