International Airline Support Contact Centre Agents ( German/ Italian or Turkish)
Location: Mosta Malta
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service Do you speak German Italian or Turkish fluently If so we invite you to join our team as an International Airline Support Contact Centre Agent!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to airline customers in your chosen language.
Assist with inquiries regarding bookings cancellations and general travel information.
Address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Fluency in German Italian or Turkish.
Must be able to work in Malta.
Candidates should already reside in Malta.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A customerfocused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
