Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist for our International Airline Support project you will be the goto resource for passengers delivering exceptional service through phone email chat and social media. Your responsibilities will include assisting with flight bookings cancellations and rescheduling as well as addressing baggage inquiries and travel documentation support. You will troubleshoot checkin and boarding issues ensure smooth travel experiences and provide expert guidance on travel policies visa requirements and airline regulations all while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone email chat and social media.
  • Assist passengers with flight bookings cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Handle baggage inquiries refunds and travel documentation support.
  • Troubleshoot checkin and boarding issues to ensure smooth travel.
  • Offer guidance on travel policies visa requirements and airline regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Stay updated on airline promotions policies and travel industry trends.
  • Engage in continuous training and skill development for career growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
  • 01 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
