Job Description
Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 510 years
Salary: Depends Upon Experience
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project execution aligns with safety quality and budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineers architects and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor site progress and resolve any operational challenges.
- Manage workforce subcontractors and material procurement.
- Implement and enforce HSE (Health Safety and Environment) standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g. Primavera MS Project).
- Expertise in construction management budgeting and contract administration.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
