Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS POSITION:
- Oversee import activities for temperaturecontrolled and ambient regimes.
- Coordinate international transportation and ensure proper documentation for veterinary import permits.
- Ensure accuracy in import administration and data entry within the information system.
- Maintain and update import route files and create detailed import cost calculations.
- Collaborate with logistics providers and offer administrative support to platforms and the central warehouse.
- Identify and address irregularities in work processes.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:
- Relevant experience in logistics or import/export operations.
- Proficiency in computer applications and logistics tools.
- Strong knowledge of the English language (B2 level or higher).
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Adaptability to navigate urgent and unexpected situations efficiently.
- Initiative to improve processes and proactively support team goals.
