Job Description

About the role
The sales department within BYD Europe is responsible for Gotomarket strategy quality sales network development service coverage product introduction as well as dealer management in Europe for BYD passenger car business with the aim to build strong network to bring ultimate value and satisfaction to our customers.

Play an important role in the support of the marketing activities for the Balkansmarketwith a particular emphasis on Dealer marketing support.
As a key member this role will be the interface between marketing BYD Regional Sales Team and the dealer network.

    Key Objectives and Responsibilities

    • Creation and maintenance of creative assets for dealer network
    • Coordination of dealer marketing programme
    • Template provisions
    • Budget management
    • Support Regional Managers with marketing advice and guidance for dealers
    • Ensure effective communication of national marketing plans to dealer network

    Key results

    • Validation and management of quarterly marketing plans for each BYD Dealership
    • Deployment of local marketing plans in conjunction with dealers
    • Events per dealer
    • Leads generation
    • Sales per dealer

    Your profile

    • University Degree in Marketing Sales or commercial disciplines.
    • Marketing experience and knowledge of a broad mix of marketing channels
    • Automotive experience preferred but not mandatory
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
    • Customeroriented mindset
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills
    • Resilient and openminded
    • Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines handson approach motivated to get results
