Job Description
- Viral Vector product release and stability testing in support of the site contract manufacturing business according to Standard Operating Procedures and Test Methods in compliance with cGMP/GLP utilizing proper aseptic techniques (where applicable).
- Test Methods include but are not limited to; SDSPAGE Western blot ELISA cell mediated bioassays (including infectious and physical titer) and conventional/realtime/digital droplet PCR
- Several test methods require the performance of aseptic cell culture prior to sample analysis by the aforementioned techniques
Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
- At least 2 years in ELISA or cellbased assay testing
- Strong problemsolving skills and logical approach to solving scientific problems
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills written and oral
- Routine use of MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS Access and MS Word is essential
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in scientific field
- Knowledge of GMP regulations in cGMP manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry laboratory testing
- Equivalent combinations of education training and relevant work experience may be considered
