Job Description
- Document and maintain detailed records using an Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN).
- Perform techniques such as protein conjugation purification and characterization.
- Operate laboratory equipment and instruments in adherence to laboratory SOPs and safety training
- Assess the biophysical and biochemical properties of assay reagents while ensuring compliant documentation of reagent preparations.
- Support accurate and compliant record keeping and experimental data integrity
Qualifications :
- B.S./B.A. in a scientific concentration with 24 years of experience or a M.S. with 13 years of experience or the equivalent training/experience.
- Basic knowledge of protein and its properties
- Aseptic technique
- Protein purification (Gravity chromatography Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) Protein A chromatography Desalting chromatography)
Preferred skills:
- SECHPLC
- LCMS
- FPLC (AKTA)
- SDSPAGE
- Nanodrop
- BCA assay
Additional Information :
Position is fulltime 1st shift Monday Friday 8:00am5:00pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House PA are encouraged to apply.
