Job Description
We are looking for a selfstarter and independent thinker who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will take initiative troubleshoot challenges proactively and contribute innovative ideas to our team. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Daily responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
- Perform inprocess sample testing using advanced chromatographic electrophoresis and spectroscopic techniques.
- Prepare samples for testing ensuring accuracy and consistency in the process.
- Conduct thorough data analysis identifying key trends and insights from experimental results.
- Summarize and present data clearly in both written and visual formats.
- Compile detailed reports of findings providing actionable recommendations based on test outcomes.
Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
- Ability and preference to work independently in an environment where quick access to the project lead is not consistently feasible
- Strong organizational skills ability to track work across multiple unique projects
- Formulation and Analytical characterization skills such as:
- Size exclusion chromatography
- Absorbancebased concentration methods
- Particle counting methods (HIAC and/or MFI)
- Experience with handling and/or concentration of proteinbased solutions
- General lab skills that include:
- Buffer preparation
- pH measurement
- Dilution
- Pipetting
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelors of Science in a related field with 23 years of experience or Masters Degree with 12 years of experience in a lab setting
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information :
The position is fulltime Monday Friday 8:00 am5:00 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Gaithersburg MD are encouraged to apply.
