We are partnering with a fastgrowing company that is a pioneer in the gig economy and newgeneration work models. As they continue their rapid growth we seek a highly motivated and proactive Founders Office (New Grad) team membersomeone eager to make an impact move with passion and carve out their name in the industry.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in the business world and gain firsthand experience in entrepreneurial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of projects across various functions including product marketing growth data and operations.
- Supporting business operations and decisionmaking within relevant departments.
- Conducting market research analyzing insights and preparing deliverables.
- Managing internal and external communications to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Collaborating directly with founders and the team assisting with crossfunctional projects.
- Working from the Maslak office at least two days per week as part of the hybrid model.

- A recent graduate or someone eager to kickstart a career in entrepreneurship.
- A team player with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach.
- A selfstarter who enjoys taking initiative and is open to gaining experience in multiple areas.
