We are seeking a fulltime dedicated OCM Training Manager if possible with expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Teamcenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing managing and delivering comprehensive training programs to support the change management of ongoing projects ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development across multiple locations over several years.
Tasks
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy for PLM and Teamcenter tailored to the needs of various locations and user groups.
- Create and manage training materials including manuals guides and multimedia content ensuring they are uptodate and relevant.
- Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars for employees focusing on both general and locationspecific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees addressing any questions or issues that arise during and after training sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities participant progress and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs preferably in a PLM and Teamcenter environment.
- Basic understanding of PLM systems favorable particularly Teamcenter and possibly related engineering tools such as Creo or NX.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with training authoring tools and digital learning platforms.
- Previous handson experience in Organizational Change Management in global environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Background in IT engineering or a related field with handson experience.
- Ability to adapt training content to meet the diverse needs of different locations and user groups.
- Certification in Prosci.
