Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the software development and outsourcing sectors.
Manage internal and international sales building strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to tailor services to client needs and secure longterm partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys client base.
Negotiate and close complex contracts and agreements with a focus on mutual benefits.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings to promote our services and expertise.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications :
Tools/Software Knowledge & Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) for creating presentations and reports.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and outsourcing models.
Knowledge of digital communication tools for client engagement.
Experience within outsourcing IT companies is a MUST.
Education and Soft Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Analytical thinking with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Proactive selfmotivated and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
