Job Description
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend implementation of IT systems including software and hardware solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements plan deployments and ensure successful integration.
- Configure test and customize new systems to align with business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Train endusers and create documentation and user guides for system adoption.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security compliance and system stability.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT system implementation.
- Proven experience in IT system implementation integration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software cloud solutions and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with ERP CRM or other businesscritical applications is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP ITIL Microsoft Certified AWS or SAP) are a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
