Job Description
Duties
We are seeking an experienced highly organized and detailoriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring project deliverables are met and maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Structural Steel Project Manager your daytoday responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of structural steel projects from initial planning to final completion.
Salary: 7075k

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans including defining project scope goals and deliverables
Coordinate project resources including team members vendors and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project execution
Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables meet client expectations

Scope Negotiations
Submittal and Detailing Coordination
Scheduling/Coordination of Deliveries and Erection with Customers
Scheduling and Technical Conflict Resolution
Some Purchasing
Manage Project Budget
Generate and Track RFIs
Manage Erectors

Pay: $70000.00 $75000.00 per year
