You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCandidates should have at least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in construction Project Management Professional (PMP) certification bachelors degree in construction management or equivalent industry experience.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing all aspects of the project including but not limited to:
Preconstruction exercises with client design team and potential project partners
Direct and/or prepare budgetary and comprehensive cost estimate proposals
Assist with value engineering proposals throughout project
Evaluate and qualify bids from prequalified subcontractors including detailed scope review
Facilitate award and review all client contracts and vendor subcontracts
Develop and maintain project schedules including weekly review during OAC meetings
Collaborate with CFO and project accounting team to review all current project costs cost to complete schedules as well as pay applications as required
Direct project team as required including project interns engineers APM field operations and superintendents
Assist with preparation of project closeout documentation as required.
