Smarter HR Solutions is currently seeking experienced and skilled individuals to fill a Senior Project Manager role for our IT client. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the functional support of the 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering application configuration enduser support and testing for ongoing enhancements to the production application. Also this role will be providing functional expertise and contributing to improvements and enhancements for missioncritical enterprisewide information systems.

- HR Payroll Commitment Accounting Position Management/Budgeting
- Ability to write functional specifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and development teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Endtoend knowledge of Commitment Accounting and General Ledger Processing initiating from HCM and interfacing into the FSCM system.
- Experience with configuring HCM to FSCM Integration Broker service operations to support payrolltoGL interface.
- Strong understanding of Position Management and Department Budget business processes from a system perspective.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with endusers to gather business needs and requirements.
- Assist in analyzing and designing PeopleSoft deliverables based on business requirements.
- Create and assist in the development of functional specifications.
- Educate and advise department on PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Commitment Accounting functionality and its integration with FSCM.
- Work closely with technical teams to develop test and document enhancements and modifications.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.
- Conduct enduser training and prepare user documentation as needed.
- Analyze and troubleshoot functional system issues providing resolution options.
- Adhere to established methodologies controls and quality standards.
- Work independently with limited direction while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
