Description:
We are seeking a Program Manager to join American Towers Site Development organization. The Site Development is responsible for the delivery of all new assets and management of capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across our tower portfolio. Day to day you will focus on identifying key metrics program analytics and financial forecasting in order to assess the customers needs and create optimal solutions. As a Program Manager you will partner crossfunctionally to establish and implement vision and execution for drop and swaps strategic relocations and/or takedowns and asses the operational impact of tenant terminations.

Hybrid; Mon/Weds/Fri from home Tues and Thurs in office.
Responsibilities Create and lead solutions to optimize existing assets and drive strategic and financial results for assigned product type. Develop and execute comprehensive process documentation that is reliable and repeatable for all programs including thoughtful and integrated system optimization to allow for a streamlined and transparent experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Create a systematic and strategic approach to manage all programs within assigned product type to their optimal potentials. Provide guidance and strategic direction to crossfunctional teams with direct oversight of the program(s). Identify and implement process and crossfunctional initiatives that create a more productive environment for all programs. Present to management monthly quarterly and annual operational reports identifying among other items the various metrics that impact the Company both strategically and financially. As a Program Manager you are responsible for the recruitment performance management and career development of Project Managers. Youll also be expected to cultivate a collaborative team dynamic that enables us to meet our business objectives. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 7 years of combined program and project management experience required. Minimum of 5 years telecommunications industry experience required. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
Project Management Professional credentials preferred. Proven ability to analyze data formulate recommendations and implement process improvement solutions. Approximately 5% travel may be required in support of the positions responsibilities. Strong organization planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines. Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results. Strong leadership skills; ability to drive and motivate team to achieve results.
