Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing campaigns across digital print and social media platforms.
- Event Coordination: Organize promotional events trade shows and ensure seamless logistics.
- Content Creation: Collaborate to produce engaging content for social media email and other channels.
- Merchandising Support: Work with merchandisers to ensure consistent and effective branding.
- Brand Training: Educate teams and merchandisers on Gardenias brand values and guidelines.
- Market Research: Analyze trends competitors and customer preferences to refine strategies.
- Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance generate insights and recommend improvements.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- 12 years of marketing or brand management experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome!).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in FMCG or the food industry is a bonus.
