Job Description
- Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and relevant legislation identifying opportunities for updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business units to develop and implement employee engagement strategies that create a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Lead the performance management process including performance reviews feedback development plans and coaching.
- Provide expert advice and adeptly manage employee relations issues contributing to the cultivation of a positive workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives to enhance team management by creating and implementing strategies that improve employee satisfaction and foster longterm retention.
- Stay wellinformed about labor laws and regulations in KSA to ensure the companys full compliance.
- Maintain and update organizational structures and job descriptions to reflect current requirements.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR strategy aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and direction in matters such as compensation and benefits.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 58 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role preferably within multinational organizations in different HR functions with a strong understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in employee engagement performance management and retention strategies.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership problemsolving and planning skills.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about creating a positive workplace culture.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- This role is only open for Saudi nationals.
- Candidates should be willing to work full time in Jubail.
