Job Description
Your playing field:
- Your job is all about keeping things running smoothly and the team happy just like a football coach. Youll manage users roles profiles permission sets reports queues and views in our Service Cloud setting up the team for success.
- Work closely with our online and retail teams learning their playbook and delivering winning solutions. Your communication skills will be your secret weapon bridging the gap between tech and business like a star quarterback.
- Stay ahead by keeping up with Salesforces latest releases and finding new features to boost our processes. Your proactive approach keeps us ahead of the competition.
- Design test and launch new features. Monitor and track user adoption to make sure the team is always playing at its best.
Qualifications :
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
- Education. Having a degree in IT or a similar field would be a plus.
- Experience. 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Background. Master Salesforce Service Cloud and be familiar with Apex programming. Score extra points if you have knowledge in Javascript S3 Apache NIFI or AWS EventBridge.
- Teamwork. Youve got the communication skills to connect with everyone from rookies to seasoned pros.
- Gameready mindset. Youre always looking to learn new Salesforce plays and bring them to the field.
- Language. English is the official language in our Malta office therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany German language skills would be beneficial.
- Resilience. You are not deterred by being challenged by team members but you are also confident in your skills to challenge them where it is appropriate.
