Job Description
Your playing field:
- Take the lead on sustainability projects like a star player ensuring they deliver winning results.
- Contribute to sustainability reporting ensuring compliance with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
- Meticulously managing environmental data ensuring that no carbon stat goes unchecked.
- Score big by aligning carbon tracking efforts with company targets and delivering on sustainability goals.
- Be the teams coach; training internal teams on sustainability best practices and inspiring a shared vision of success.
Qualifications :
Which skills you should bring to the pitch:
- Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Sustainability Management Environmental Management or equivalent qualification.
- Experience. At least 3 years on the field in sustainability management and experience in submitting ScienceBased targets and achieving certification.
- Technical Mastery.
- Mastery of ESRS GRI and other reporting standards to stay compliant.
- Skilled in GHG Protocol IPCC and countryspecific databasesknow your carbon footprint stats like a matchday analyst.
- Experienced in submitting ScienceBased Targets and achieving certifications.
- Familiar with heavyweights like Ecovadis and S&P Globalyour teams sustainability ratings are in good hands.
- Language. As #1 sports betting provider on the Germanspeaking market fluency in German would be considered as a plus but not mandatory. Our team consists of more than 50 different nationalities working together to achieve Tipicos mission so fluency in English skills is necessary.
- Skills. Analytical problemsolving communication and stakeholder management.
- Behaviours. Team player selfstarter and plays every day with integrity enthusiasm and a commitment to improvement.
