Job Description

At Kapres Technology we are looking for a SCCM/Intune administrator for a client in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup configure manage and administer both the SCCM and Intune environments and tool sets to keep the system running and healthy including changes to the core components and settings.
  • Experience with thirdparty tools SCCM related (i.e.:Adaptiva Ivanti Patch..)
  • Manage software distribution via SCCM and Intune including Microsoft Security upgrades and endpoint software deployments.
  • Create packages collections and device images for deployment.
  • Maintain software center for end user access and selfservice install.
  • Manage physical and virtual enduser devices with Intune (laptops desktops mobile devices W365 Cloud PCs etc.).
  • Collaborate with IT security to identify and remediate areas of endpoint risks.
  • Prioritize and coordinate regular security patch and software testing schedules and distributions.
  • Provide support for the SCCM and Intune infrastructure.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with SCCM and Intune.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve failed SCCM and Intune deployments and health issues.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards from SCCM and Intune for use in planning corporate hardware and software requirements.

Skills:

  • SCCM setup configuration management and administration.
  • Intune setup configuration management and administration.
  • Security patch and vulnerability management.
  • Client Computing Hardware and Software on Windows Operating Systems.
  • Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Strong communications problem solving and technical writing skills.
  • Excellent customer service and support skills required.
  • Ability to selfmanage prioritize and execute tasks and daily duties.
  • Must be able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Comfortable working and communicating with alllevels of the organization (end users peers management etc.).
  • Fluent in English

Work modality: Remote within Spain.
