Position: Site Supervisor
Expereince 3 Years as Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
Location Andheri Mumbai
Qualifications: Graduate Diploma/Bachelors degree in Architecture Construction Management Civil Engineering or Interior Designing
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. Design Development:
o Create 2D layouts for upcoming store designs.
o Develop 3D views for better visualization and preproject planning.
2. Store Enhancement:
o Incorporate new design and aesthetic elements in existing stores.
o Ensure alignment with brand standards for all design and construction projects.
3. Project Execution:
o Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project progress.
o Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to deadlines.
o Maintain close oversight of projects to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
4. Innovation & Updates:
o Stay updated on new interior design technologies and incorporate them into projects.
o Research and suggest creative ideas and techniques to enhance store designs.
5. Team Coordination:
o Work as part of the PanIndia Project Team and coordinate with stakeholders.
o Ensure effective followup with vendors for material procurement and project execution.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D designs (knowledge of 3D design software is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) and interior work for retail
- store designs.
- Familiarity with standard commercial interior guidelines including:
- Electrical loads
- Exterior material specifications
- Fire and safety compliance requirements
- Flexibility to travel for site visits as required.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with vendors and teams.
- Comprehensive material knowledge is an added advantage.
