Job Description
- Advocate for Safety at work.
- A key stakeholder for the Service operation in providing all the administrative support.
- Review of internal process with functions stakeholder for continuous improvement.
- Handle highly confidential information in a timely manner while exercising required discretion.
- Provides timely and accurate support to your linemanager including but not limited to customer management incident investigation administration operation periodic reporting inventory management orders processing job scheduling document control system management team management etc.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or masters degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate (oral and written) in English.
- Proficient in administrative experience supporting senior leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage all the administrative task responsibly and with high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to be flexible and able to work independently in resolving issues.
- Possess agile technical aptitude in adopting new systems and processes.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive responsive and resourceful with a high level of confidence integrity and motivation.
